An oddly shaped block in a sought-after location, this stunning home has been designed to capture the spectacular waterfront views and the Raby Bay lifestyle.
Step inside the foyer, your eye is immediately drawn to the full-height glazing, which frames the picturesque view of the pool and canal beyond. With a home design like this Raby Bay project, Pavilion Studio needed to capitilise on creating rooms with amazing views!
"We can see the moon at night all year round, and we don’t want the house to block it.
We really wanted to capture the canal views in as many rooms as possible. We wanted high ceilings to take advantage of those Bribie Island sea breezes. We wanted to“capture the moon!"
