Raby Bay House. Odd shaped block? Max views? No problem!

An oddly shaped block in a sought-after location, this stunning home has been designed to capture the spectacular waterfront views and the Raby Bay lifestyle.

Step inside the foyer, your eye is immediately drawn to the full-height glazing, which frames the picturesque view of the pool and canal beyond. With a home design like this Raby Bay project, Pavilion Studio needed to capitilise on creating rooms with amazing views!

Adjacent to the foyer lies the study, with its impressive corner glazing. It is also doubles as the guest bedroom, which houses a striking mosaic ensuite curved wall.

The ground floor features a formal sunken lounge, dining area, and home theatre and a gourmet kitchen with a butler’s pantry. Raby Bay Residence has multiple outdoor living areas to choose from. Each wrapping round the perimeter of the home and lead onto the pool enclosure and canal.

The expansive use of glass and louvres complements the north-facing block’s magnificent waterfront views. It also ensures significant cross-ventilation and effectively blurs the boundaries between indoor and outdoor living.

Each of the four bedrooms upstairs boasts its own ensuite. The main suite serves as a quiet sanctuary with its uninterrupted water views, luxurious shower and free standing bath.
